How do your rates work?

At Payless removalist our service is time-based – where you only pay for what you use. Our rates are published in half-hour (30-minute) blocks of time and are all exclusive of GST. You pay only for the time we arrive at your door step until the time we leave the drop off location. There is a 30 minute call out charge to cover the time it takes to get to and from your locations. Payless removalist do not estimate durations of moves over the phone. If you require move specific pricing we suggest you contact us to arrange a quotation. What are the method of payments we accept?

Payless removalist Payment can be done via credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Cheques, Direct Debits. Payless removalist office has team leaders and schedulers running and orchestrating the smooth running of our moves statewide.

If you are paying in cash please ensure you have enough money on the day to settle your bill accordingly.

Do you protect our furniture during a relocation?

The answer is yes and is done through a process that we know works best

What about removals insurance?

Payless removalist  hold certain insurances as professional removalists. However your furniture and items will be transported at your own risk, so we do recommend you take out removals insurance. Check your home and contents policy – some cover your goods during a move. Payless removalist  have Free Public Liability, Transit Insurance and Workers Compensation.

What are your office hours?

Monday-Friday: 9am-9pm Saturday: 10am-8pm. You can still call us even if it is after the above mentioned office hours  1300 920 570  

What areas do you service?

Payless removalist provide quality relocations within the greater Sydney (Southern Highlands to Newcastle, and out to Blue Mountains). Click here for a list of serviced areas. Can I help the removalists?

Sure. You may not enter our trucks due to liability reasons, it’s your stuff that we are transporting so you may help us move it to and from the back of the vehicle. If you do want to help to reduce costs we suggest you leave the large and difficult pieces to us. We may ask you to follow our direction to ensure we coordinate you move the most efficient way.

Do your rates remain the same everyday?

Payless removalist rates are the same from Monday to Thursday. Payless removalist sometimes offer specials on certain days of the week. Please contact Payless removalist if you have an after-hours move request.

These average removal times are only estimates based on our experience. The actual time (and thus the actual charge) will depend on the actual number of furniture items, boxes, accessibility, doorway, stairs, lift, parking etc. The travel time is assumed to be within 30 minutes.

How long will it take to move my home?

The more you do beforehand, the cheaper will be for you. The promise we give is this, we do many services apart from removalists, if we don’t give you a quality relocation, we stand to lose you and your referrals in the other parts of our business.
